Here is the platform to bring in your strong MarCom expertise to define business specific positioning and messaging which conveys the value proposition of Cooling products within the specific sales channel. You will work towards differentiating our brand from competitors by constantly analyzing values of the strong brand. With your know-how to develop marketing strategies, you will not only attract customers but will take it to next level to develop and enhance our brand. Use your creativity and digital expertise to make an impact on the marketing communications approach.

You will be responsible for
  • Setting MarCom objectives and define the strategy for OEM sales channel from different segment strategies in alignment with global (and regional) sales leadership
  • Prioritizing customer segments and identify customer-specific marketing approach on a global scale
  • Setting up global communication plan for the sales channels, allocate resources to MarCom activities and track MarCom activities (e.g. campaigns, events) on a global scale
  • Consolidating, allocating budget to MarCom activities and monitor expenses on a global scale
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices on customer types, their specific needs and touchpoints
  • Providing strategic expertise in channel marketing and further develop channel marketing model in close collaboration with the Project Management Office
  • Providing MarCom analyst with input on effectiveness of MarCom activities
We look for an individual who has
  • More than 5 years of professional conceptual and marketing experience in the technology industry (B2B)
  • Deep expertise in direct sales and channel marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness of the latest marketing trends (outward focused).
  • Broad technology awareness with a passion and knowledge of direct sales, indirect sales, branding and digitization
  • Experience in all stages of creating a successful content campaign i.e. planning, strategy, execution and distribution
  • Ability to collaborate, lead and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization
  • Skills to collaborate with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organization and project management skills (editorial calendars, deadlines, vendor/agency management, budgets)
