Our customer is currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (m/f) in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Netherlands).
Come and help to drive innovation in Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for driving creation and execution of our digital strategy and support digital transformation in CER.

Key tasks

  • Successful implementation of regional Digital Customer Experience rollout
  • Constantly shape CER digital strategy and roadmap to achieve the best ROI
  • Development of customer-centric digital tools and channels together with Segment Marketing to support our regional business models (e.g. Website, CRM, Social Media, Campaigns)
  • Align and drive regional Social Media Strategy
  • Project lead for implementation of DCE roll-out (CRM tools & website)
  • Continuously optimize user experience across channels
  • Owner of regional website
  • Align and sustain regional governance for the digital appearance
  • Align processes and priorities
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Segments, regional Management, Corporate Functions, digital community)

  • University degree required in relevant digital, marketing, business administration or similar direction
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
  • At least 4-5 years in similar roles
  • Expertise in sales-oriented digital program management
  • Experience in digital marketing for B2B business models
  • Strong expertise regarding CRM-based and customer journey-oriented lead management, lead nurturing, lead conversion
  • Strong expertise in design and implementation of digital campaigns and initiatives
  • Comprehensive knowledge about relevant tools and channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, Display, E-Mail Marketing, Social Media Marketing, webinars, Microsites, online shops)
  • Experienced in utilizing analytics and monitoring tools
  • Good networking skills
  • Excellent project management skills
